There was a bug that prevented submission of articles for the last couple of hours.  It was working early this morning but an upgrade we made to some to the code caused the error and it was not caught by the automated testing prior to release to the live system. 

This affected both article and discussion submissions.

If you have any issues please click on the gold "feedback" button at the bottom left of the screen and submit them as this automatically creates a suport ticket which all of us on the development team see.
