After logging in, hover over your login ID at the top right and click on Settings. From there you'll see a View Preferences menu on the top right where you can select the font color, font size and background color.
If there are any issues please submit a support ticket by clicking on the "feedback" button at the very bottom left of the screen. (on the menu bar of a phone - the feedback button was taking up too much real estate on the limited size of a phone screen so we moved it to the top as text).
This will be saved in your profile preferences and used upon your next log in session. This is only displaying your preferences on articles now but we will be expanding to other pages of the website.
