Update 24 Sept 2012
We have discovered the issue that was causing the failed logins. It appears that some JavaScript that was running was conflicting with the Internet Explorer Browser. We removed the JavaScript and updated the portion of the site that was using the script so that it is no longer a necessity. If you are still having issues logging in please submit a ticket thought the gold feedback link (Contact Support). Sorry for the inconvenience for every one that had this issue.

Update 14 Sept 2012
This issue also occurs on IE8. Instruction on how to clear you password in IE8 is coming soon. Thanks to HellFireFuel for pointing this out.

We have found a bug with Internet Explorer (IE) 9 and our site. The password manager for IE9 is creating some unexpected behavior which is blocking users from logging in. We are looking into ways of getting this fixed but in the mean time we have 2 temporary solutions to work around the issue.

  1. Different Browser: This is an IE specific bug and just about any other browser will resolve the issue. We would suggest Firefox or Chrome which can be found at the following links.
  2. Reset password manager for IE9 and don't remember passwords for our site.
    • Go to settings on IE (The Gear symbol) top right conner area
    • Select Internet Options,
    • Click the delete button under browsing history. (this will not delete anything yet)
    • Check the box that says passwords and uncheck everything else.
    • Then hit delete. (This will delete all your saved passwords. You will have to manually enter each password until you save them again.)
    • Do not save your password on our site as the issue will occur again.

We apologize for this inconvenience and will let you know as soon as we can resolve the issue. If you are not using IE 9 and are having trouble loggin in please submit a ticket with the gold feedback button.
