" Modelling this complexity may require both new mathematical methods and more detailed empirical data derived from studies of model organisms."
There is a method: the map of the matrix of closed natural systems. The complex brain's network is composed by millions or billions of derivations of a matrix circuitry, which can be isolated and studied one by one. We are going to publish the matrix model soon.
2. Who Needs Sex (or Males) Anyway?

The asexual bdelloids are not female, so, the question "Who Needs Males", makes no sense.
Bdelloids are biological systems that mimics the configuration of the LCNBS (Last Common Non-Biological System) where the X chromosome contains Y and Y chromosome contains X, so, there are no differentiation between female and male.
