I understand that the title is a simple retort to the cry of "allah Akbar" ('god Is Great').
I agree with the lowering of the case, save for the start of sentences.
Language reflects our culture, and can reflect our desire for change when it comes to the reverence for god.

Overall, I thought Richard did very well considering the odds he was up against, and the way the programme is completely framed with bias from the outset.
O'Reilly is a pundit, not a journalist. His purpose is not to interview, but to express his own opinions. End of story.
I roughly calculated that from a clip lasting about 4 mins 35 secs, O'Reilly spoke for 3 mins and 3 secs, Richard got in around 1 minute 32 seconds (despite interruptions).
Surely that's a record!
One wonders why O'Reilly bothers having guests at all.
