To those complaining about the guy's voice - I don't think that is at all relevant! To dismiss someone because you don't like the sound of their voice is hardly proper, and when they actually hold positions you agree with it gets positively perverse!

And Richard Morgan, I like tits as much as the next man but please bear in mind that some people like to read this site at work, and your avatar might not be entirely appropriate?
