True, the state church is still here, but it seems to have a moderating influence on religion in Norway. Forcing them to accept homosexuals into their churches and so on kind of waters it down until it's all so wishy washy that nobody cares about it anymore. But you're probably right, Denmark and Sweden seems to a bit more secular.

I disagree. Sure the princess is mad, but she took quite a bit of heat for it in the media as well. I am from Norway, and to me it seems that the country is getting more and more secular for each passing year. Whenever I meet someone new, and religion becomes a topic, people just automatically assumes that I'm not religious. There are a few nutters, and some types of alternative medicine have become very popular, but as far as organized religion goes it's just fading away. The majority of the few people who still are religious would be considered very moderate in most other countries, and I have met very few people who actually belives in the literal truth of the bible. Most people I know just live their lives not really thinking about this stuff at all.

I agree with Zamboro, #77109
It seems to me that in the scandinavian countries religion has to a large degree been replaced by...nothing! It has just disapeared. I'd say that about 90% of my friends are non-religious, but only a few call themselves atheists. Most of them just don't care or think about religion at all.

"As movement doesn't have a direction and the earth is not accelerating, the claim that the earth revolves around the sun is just a possible representation."
Wrong. The earth is accelerating. It's not in a state of linear motion.
