1. Catholic bishops warn Obama they'll fight on abortion: Statement to focus on 'opposing evil'

The best scientific evidence suggests that in the human species, around 30 % of all fertilised eggs are aborted. Islamo-catholics no doubt think that this represents murder. I look forward to their cultist hierachy giving god one more chance to mend his ways and repair this carnage, before they are forced to expel him from their religion.

When Sharia law is introduced in Britain, will it be possible to rent major stadiums such as Wembley, or Lords for events like this ? Or will Muslims again be treated as second class citizens and relegated to inferior venues such as Wimbledon ?

3. Robert Winston criticises dangerous 'science delusion'

I would have a little more respect for such an approach, if the aforementioned Lord started his next speech " I read the Bible the other day, and it struck me again how divisive and shrill it is, and how little it appreciates people of no faith. I think it is time for religous people to get their act together....."

Surely the constant references to the so-called atheist crimes of Stalin etc..are missing the point. Imagine you observe your neighbour, whom you know to be a Catholic, run across the road and belt a passer-by over the head with a cricket bat. You do not assume that all Catholics are violent, or that this act is a religously motivated. If however, you subsequently learn that your neighbour had specifically acted in this way because he found out that the passer-by was a Protestant, then it would be reasonable to describe this assault as a religous crime. Why not apply this reasoning to the crimes of Stalin ? When he invaded Finland, he was interested in power,in the extension of Russian influence, and in a grab for cash and resources. He did not invade to apply extend atheism. It was a communist crime, it was a crime commited by a dictator, who happened to be an atheist. The contrast with the crimes of religion where jihads and inquisitions are designed to impose faith, is obvious.

7. Debate between Richard Dawkins and Robert Winston

Dr Winstons critisism of science being arrogant is interesting, after all, god said "I am the one true god" he did'nt add "maybe" Such arrogance. I presume that Dr Winston will now stand up in his local Synagogue and demand that unless god softens his rhetoric in a new revelation, that he will be boycotted.
