1. Interview with Richard Dawkins on 'The Selfish Gene'

Good Interview,
It's good to hear Dawkins talking more as scientist, which he sort of had to depart from when touring for the god delusion.

I don't get these comments about the god delusion being fundamental, aggressive, bias... When reading it i found that Dawkins simply weighed up the facts in a simple scientific manner, and came to the obvious conclusion. I really don't think its a book of just religion bashing, as all the commentators say. Read Hitchens God is not Great, and then see if you can still refer to the God Delusion as a simple verbal attack on religion

Very good interview,
seemed to cover some new ground, which is good after hearing hundreds of Dawkins interviews

4. The God Delusion - Dawkins Feature

When reading the God Delusion, I never seemed to have picket up on the "aggressive" tone that Dawkins has supposedly used, especial when you compare it to "God is not Great".
As for the idea of trying to "woo" religious people into idea like evolution instead of saying 'you're wrong this is right', trying to 'woo' people into science is how you end up with things like intelligent design. These semi-sciences morphed with religion. And as a result we taint the very science we're trying to teach.
So it seems the way that Dawkins argues for atheism and evolution, even though it has political problems, is the best way to argue

5. Interview with Richard Dawkins

Very good interview,
I hate that line of argument that the female caller tried to use, the 'leap of faith', once again it shows how allot of religious people think that its on the atheists to disprove God, when really the own is on them.
This assumption that God exists is always a line of arguing that cannot be excused

6. The Future Forum Presents: Christopher Hitchens and Marvin Olasky

Comment #50105 by wezza_ on June 15, 2007 at 5:12 am

Marvin Olasky from what I have seen is one of the weakest debaters that I have seen Hitchens face. Every argument he makes is under that assumption that God exists. The problem with most of the believers that Hitchens, Dawkins..etc face, is that they are never able to get over the first "speed-hump" that God needs to be proved. And unless they prove this, all other arguments of people doing good things because of god become irrelevant, because technically these charitable people are doing these things for nothing, because god's existence cannot be established

...excuse any grammar and spelling errors in my comments, no matter how many times I proof read something, they're always in there
