I think that level of intelectuality issue is pointless here, go listen to Sam Haris or whoever :)

What I like about Pat is that his humor is indirect and subtle, and it is more like satiric response than stand-up, especially to christians - witty, witty "...It's nice to know that I'm in your prayers".

I think film is shortened cause they should have handled this scenario. The answer is, probably, "no" because that would turn us into frogs :). Seriously, we could not survive this loss because single chromosome holds too much information.

You could watch HMMi lectures on evolution. I was very fascinated, especially by wild vs, domesticated corn and "artificial" eye on fly's leg. And absolutely fantastic was the "genes' modular control" over a body structure. Aside from that, stickleback is now my favourite fish :)
