HA! My brother stole the Jeezus cracker from the church at my wedding and gave it too me at the reception! It was probably the coolest and most unique gift anyone has ever given me.

For the millionth time, there is no such thing as a "Darwinist." It's the idea that counts, not the person.

From the article, I get the sensation of "so what?" Is this really anything new?

What's wrong with an appreciation of the winter solstice?
What was so infantile of Hitchens? Is ironic humor now off-limits and vitriolic?
Why is it that the Nazi party is always inevitably dragged out, kicking and screaming, when drawing comparisons? Leave the poor Nazis alone.

"I have got a question. How can you explain that something can exist by itself? Just tell me how? I am holding a glass and if you tell me that glass came into existence by chances, I would not believe it. Nobody would."
Good question Wooter, I was wondering the same thing. How could this god who obviously created the universe come into existence just by himself? Who created that god, and the super god before that? This intelligent, ordered god couldn't have come into existence by chance, and if you told me that, I wouldn't believe you, nobody would. I mean, it's just a huge circular reasoning on steroids.

Huh, I just had a strange thought in light of overwhelming irony. I wonder how many children the Pope has molested?

I felt it necessary to post my response in Italian since I call this county my home. Bablefish makes a decent translation, but if copy and paste sounds like too much work, I'll translate.

Wait, wait just a second. Did he just invoke Ocham's Razor in part 5 to say that the universe was created by an intelligent designer? Doesn't that statement raise more questions than answers, and require elimination?

If I can play devil's advocate, the problem that I had with Clinton was that he had sex in the Oval Office, not that he lied about it. Unless you happen to be a porn star, sex at work is generally frowned upon, and for sure it is something that could get any of us fired.
