The Outlines of the 'story' (the whole virgin birth, messiah & crux thing) is the same, but the settings & other minor details were changed. Sadly, there will be people who are so blind to see that...
Still, I'm wonder it will make many Chirstians to doubt their faith. Oh dear...the Faith. One can always hope can surpass faith, eh?

#204829 by clearmind; Somehow, I also see a lot of that in theists too. Hey, believers or non-believers, we ALL human. We all do lie, cheat, being funny, being ignorant etc (Is humor a bad thing? Hmmm) occasionally (That I have to take it with a pinch of salt...Or three)
If you say you never do those things, you're REALLY delusional. And, yes that's many GOOD reasons why science has too remain seperated from reilgion. (ie, science dwells in Natural, reilgion tends to dwell in 'Supernatural', or is it 'UnNatural'? Can't tell the difference...LOL)
And no....Not ALL Americans are stupid... That's what I call the 'Fallacy of the Unexcluded Middle'.
And no....I'm NOT American.

I read that article in my local newspaper recently...but smiled when the article disregard it as impractical (indirectly), & showed a few REAL, practical solutions from adaptive Americans as a follow-up. (Showed that there's some hope for the Yankees)

I had suddenly recalled some of vivid horrors from a few sci-fi stories that involved religion... like Scott Adam's The Religion War.(Is that considered Sci-fi?)

Now, now, ladies & gents. Don't get all so worked up over a very imaginative & interestingly annoying jester in this little slice of comment section.
Shall we stick to the topic & show some 'pity' for this poor guy's dislusions? LOL.
Or should I call Darvos to settle this petty matter? *Wink*

LOL. Looks like 'Clearmind' can't sticking to the relevent topic. Oh well, that's why I had low opinion about creationists...(I don't even put capital letter on their name anymore...)
On-topic; I think the Prof. guest-starring in Doctor Who is cute. Hope to see him more in the series.
