Interesting. When I get back from my holiday I will take a gander at the book at my local store. It looks like an interesting read.

I think that this is a great idea. It will show the evangelicals and people from all faiths that Atheists, agnostics, freethinkers, and humanists are able and willing and ARE fighting to protect our freedoms and liberties. Who ever said that you have to be religious to go to war?
... but in the end, I guess it would help... :p

Why do these perverts come out of the wetwork every single time something newsworthy happens? This is just a ploy for attention, just like when you were five years old and wanted your mothers attention. These people are extraordinary hypocrites. You know what? I scratch that. They are just ordinary hypocrites. I have seen a lot worse religious hypocrisy than this in my lifetime. Damn, I'm only 22 years old. :p

A couple of years ago I read Stephen Baxter's Evolution, where he illustrates a future earth devoid of human habitation. This future earth, just like previous years of Earth's evolution had rodents and primates competing for resources. In this book the rodents won out and given time evolved into many different species. This article reminds me of that book.
