I remember learning about Islam in RE and the teacher asking for a volunteer to demonstrate how Muslims pray and turned it into a joke ("be careful what you tell your parents we did in class today when you're telling them about prostration"). Guess my teacher was being disrespectful as well ;)

I'm bookmarking this for the next time that a Christian group complains that no one ever listens to them and if it was Muslims everyone would be falling over themselves to accommodate them.

I think it's wonderful that after this archaic law has been on the books for so long, it's the eagerness of Christian Voice to use it to protect their magic man in the sky that has finally made its death inevitable. How poetic.

I love House. There's an episode in season one with a couple of similar moments as the main patient is a nun.

Nun: "Sister Mary tends to believe in things that aren't real."
House: "Really? I thought that was a job description for you people."
