I assume you refer to Sheik Taj Din al-Hilali, Australia's most senior Muslim cleric, who also said 'women who do not wear the veil are like uncovered meat who attract sexual predators'.
I guess logically that means he sees woman who wear the veil as covered meat. Hmmm.
