Hey we must not lose the polar bears, they are proof of Creation. As I have been led to understand they were created after the Medieval Warm Period to take advantage of the climate during The Little Ice Age.

When that argument is put to me, I usually ask if they would stop doing good things if they no longer believe in god.

As for biased media, I have never experienced any that was not. You just have to make sure you do not get your news from only one side. If you agree with everything your favorite news media says you are in trouble.

As for Atheist exposure on Fox, that is just great, bias or no bias.

Yorker - Thank you very much for the education. I do not get Channel 4 where I live so was unfamiliar with the story of Tegua. As the sea rise mentioned was much more than anything I have seen published on the IPCC site I would suspect more than just raising sea levels was involved.

Charles Darwin published something on coral reefs that is quite interesting.

The problem with "christians" like Alvin Plantinga is that they do not believe in the god of the bible any more than atheists do. Their version of god is tailored to appeal to most people. That way they can continue their Nigeria swindle like scheme to trick people of their money.

One religious fundamentalist attacking another religious fundamentalist. Pity Al Gore probably won't answer being to busy buying carbon offsets from himself.

You should actually read the IPCC Summary for Policymakers, it is only 18 pages. Most people that have opinions on the climate have not bothered. The actual IPCC Report is not due until April.

I married a beautiful intelligent woman in order to have beautiful intelligent children. I think the pope should have done the same (or his boyfriend and adopt). If you accept treating sick people you have already crossed the line.
