I feel a pee needs to be taken on the Wee Flea. What kind of pee you may ask? A Christian pee of course. A pee with lots of glee on the Wee Flea's rotten head. Not an Islamic pee or a Buddhist pee, but a pee in connection with the holy trinity...you see.

Yep, the whole religion thing is about control. What better way to convince someone "of something" than to bring in a third party that doesn't exist! It is the oldest trick out there and what Jesus (if he existed) capitalized on to get folks to listen to his ass.

Treating "soul" as a real term assumes that is exists. One must prove that it exists before speculation on "what it does" can occur. This is a bogus term and why anyone takes it seriously is beyond me.

Phil Rimmer wrote: On second thoughts maybe this is a smart article after all. Trey Parker and Matt Stone of Southpark
have learned that before you can criticize one side of an argument, first you have to make fun of the preferred side, pointing out some of its failings too, even if these are fabricated. (RD suffered horribly on a personal basis in Southpark, but his ideas did not) This "trick" is used to keep ratings whilst being contentious, and may actually help get ideas to those most resistant.
Phil, I concur. This technique is often used to great effect at http://thestubborncurmudgeon.blogspot.com (a satirical site that falls heavily on the atheist side). In order to prove a point and confuse the reader, it shows how absurd religion is by allowing the humor to apply in all directions. Of course, if anyone pays close attention, there is nothing but praise for the non-believers.

Pasta Schism Fuels Anger Among Eastern Orthodox Sect!
(Italy) SC Newswire: Another controversial schism has arisen in the Pastafarian community just outside the city of Milan. It appears that The Eastern Orthodox Pastafarians still firmly believe in the divinity of the prophet Farfalle and have been reminded by The Executive Chef Representative that Fusilli Spirals are real and non-believers will be forced to reckon with the grave implications of denial. "I think it is sad," said The Executive Chef Representative, "all the liberal Linguine acolytes of the West have been distorting the original menu to avoid the repercussions of their uncontrollable appetites." The Executive Chef Representative went on to further say that all who continue to deny Fusilli Spirals will be subject to eternal force feeding of Pennette without sauce. "Imagine that," he said, "no pesto or cream sauce for all eternity! I'll say it again, Fusilli is real!"
Editor's Note: What do we make of this recent departure from menu doctrine? How on earth can the moderate liberal Pastafarians reconcile this announcement with what appears to be a holy revelation from Farfalle himself? Could the early doctrines be the result of careless misinterpretation and false revelation? Surely there exists a universal form of Pasta that we can experience spiritually even if we are not thinking about Fusilli! After all, there are other ways in which The Great Spaghetti Monster reveals himself and they are just as valid as the scientific analysis of noodle dimensionality. I've seen so much of this in the news lately and, quite frankly, I am tired of the confusion brought upon the general public in lieu of reservations. Can't we find some decent pluralism and fresh oregano?

No matter how you slice the ecumenical approach, the core of religion is structurally foul because ancient text is used as an owner's manual for the cosmos. Why don't they just come up with a new non-partisan, pantheistic bible for those who don't want to bother with science and be done with the whole damn thing?
