1. There is no God.
2. The God a theist thinks exists, does so only in his or her mind.
3. This belief requires faith.
4. If it did not require faith it would be scientific fact.
5. If faith is a necessary requirement for belief, then any god is as good as another.
6. If a faith-head cannot convince a non-believer of the existence of their god, then this god must be selective about who it choses to reveal him or herself to.
7. Any one person is as good as another, in God's own words (ie the bible), so to claim to have special knowledge is not being true to your god.
8. If I, or another non-believer, is unconvinced by your belief, then that leaves the possibility that you are wrong, and deluded.
9. Any reasonable person would accept that given the requirement for faith, the significant lack of belief, and the inconsistencies between faith-heads, that there is a strong probability god does not exist.
10. If God allows free will to flourish and doubt to ensue, he can't be all that serous about it all.
11. Therefore, even if he does exist, which is highly unlikely given the evidence, surely then he's nowhere near as bothered about being liked as a religious nut wants us to believe.
12. God is a human construction, with the same frailties that reflected ancient man - he is no longer relevant, science and reason bear witness to this.
13. God is dead.

"God created our eternal souls to participate in the creation process with Him. Our destiny for our existence and being is to become gods ourselves, imitate God, and use our God given powers to create our own universes and beyond. This is what heaven and paradise is all about. To accomplish this we need to learn, obey, and master God's laws of physics and how to use energy correctly"
So, let's get this right. God is the creator of a universe, one he made where he has to wait billions of years for us to evolve, just to get to a point where we can comprehend his existence (only through ancient texts and specially designated men of cloth) only to have to wait another million or so years for us to evlove into these godlike substances? I thought we were already made IN HIS IMAGE? You mean to tell us now that we weren't? How convenient.
God obviously seems bound by the same laws as we are - time, space, evolution - which either makes him a complete fool, a masochist, or worse, a sadist. Whichever way you look at it, he doesn;t come out of your fantasy very likeable.
If he is what the theists say he is, then this would all be unnecessary - save us all the pain and make us gods RIGHT NOW. Well, what are you wating for?
Didn't think so.
