I started reading The God Delusion nearly three months ago at the request of a friend. When I picked it up, I was a hardcore Judeo Christian who was passionate about my faith, obsessive about my sin, and wary of the ways of the secular world. I held reason in high regard and I was chalenged, for the first time, to face the evidence against my beliefs. When I put The God Delusion down, I was not only convinced that there was no God, but I was also sure that reason itself, when applied correctly, could cure any rational person of the virus of faith.
No book has ever changed my life like yours. I hold you in a very high place in my mind, and often think of you as my hero and my paradigm. Thank you!
