Why are appointments made to school boards of people who have never been proven to have been educated?

Badges of politics and religion would seem to feature prominently!

I don’t know what she’s on about; the first evidence of her palimpsest is 3 700 years old, and a study of literary theory (Derrida, Foucault etc) would indicate that it is much older than that.  It would be very hard to prove that any of it is precisely factual, in any way useful, or capable of being interpreted with even remotely agreed meaning.
