‘Ron Reagan’ trends after atheist group runs ad during Democratic primary debate

Ron Reagan crashed the Democratic presidential primary debate Tuesday night with a plug for an atheist group that turned his name into the top trending search on Google – as he declared that he was “not afraid of burning in hell.”

“Hi, I’m Ron Reagan, an unabashed atheist,” the 61-year-old son of the late President Ronald Reagan said in a commercial for the Freedom from Religion Foundation.

“I’m alarmed by the intrusions of religion into our secular government. That’s why I’m asking you to support the Freedom From Religion Foundation, the nation’s largest and most effective association of atheists and agnostics working to keep state and church separate, just like our founding fathers intended.”

    The former president Ronald Reagan’s son is an atheist? Well, I did not like the former president’s politics, but he was okay as a motion-picture actor and must have done one or two other things right if his son turned out as he did. I find my opinion of the father now somehow improved. Of course, Ron Reagan the son is to be commended for the actions he has taken to defend and promote the constitutional secularism of the USA in the USA.
