Mississippi Gov. Phil Bryant (R) said he expects an “aggressive appeal” of Reeves’s ruling.
Does he expect the aggressive defeats Mississippi will receive? Not only will his state be made to look like the home of the in-bred it is it will pay through the nose for the “privilege.”
